CONTRACT OF SALE

No contract will be formed until you have received an email stating that your order status is "Posted" and the item has left our premises. Due to the nature of our business, occasionally items that are shown on our website will not be in stock - in these cases we will email you with your options which may be limited to an immediate refund (refunds take 3-5 working days to get to your account after we have processed them).

MAKING A PURCHASE

When you purchase an item from us, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and a unique order number. When your item has been posted, you will receive an email confirming your purchase has been dispatched. You will normally receive a confirmation of postage email within one to two working days of your order being received and processed. In the unlikely event that the postage of your item is delayed, we will contact you to inform you of the date on which you can expect delivery. If you have any special requirements for postage, please contact us at the time of your order and we will be happy to try and meet these requirements.

PROMOTIONAL CODES / VOUCHERS

On occasion, we may offer promotional codes for use on The Skincare Coach website,

Each promotional code will detail any specific terms and conditions for the offer, but all promotional codes or vouchers are subject to the below terms and conditions.

1. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.

2. Unless otherwise stated in individual terms and conditions, discounts can only be used once per customer.

3.. Postage charges are excluded. Any discount will be applied before postage charges.

4. Discount cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retrospectively.

5. This discount cannot be redeemed against items that have already been purchased.

6. All orders are subject to availability.

7. The Skincare Coach reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend this promotion at any time.

We make every effort to package your items attractively, safely and securely. It is important that you retain any packaging if you want to make a return.

We only work with suppliers which produce the highest standard. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
